JAVA Sunda Specialty Coffee

Java is one of the 18.307 islands of the Indonesian archipelago, with a population of 143 million people that corresponds at the 57% of the total population of Indonesia.

Formed mostly as the result of volcanic eruptions Java is formed almost entirely of volcanic eruptions. The most active volcano in Java and also in Indonesia is Mount Merapi at 2.930 meters.

The dry fragrance has a smell of milk chocolate, slightly malted, along with a bit of caramel and almond meal. Delicate wine acidity  combines greatly with a complex of fruity and sweet aftertaste.
