Management and protection of cofeedence.gr user’s/visitor’s personal data is subject to the relevant provisions of Greek Law 2742/1999 for protection of the individual and protection of personal data as supplemented by the decisions of the Commission for the Protection of Personal Data and Presidential Degrees 207/1998 and 79/2000 and article 8 of Law 2819/2000 and European law, Directives 95/46/EK and 97/66/EK.

We do not disclose, publish, sell or trade your personal information.

Coffeedence.gr treats all personal information as confidential and shall not disclose to any third party (natural or legal person) for any reason, except as may be required by law and the relevant authorities.

Coffeedence.gr maintains files with personal information send by the user/visitor, considered essential for the operation of the online shop and the provision of services through it.

Delivery of products is made by partner courier companies in which we promote the necessary personal information of users, such as full name and shipping address, in order to deliver the orders.

The users/visitors are allowed to correct, change, supplement or delete data and information supplied to coffeedence.gr

Personal data provided voluntarily and with the consent of the users/visitors of the current website, may be gathered in a file by coffeedence.gr, stored and processed in order to inform the users/visitors about new products, contests, advertising and product promotion, market research and communication.

All users/visitors of the current website are obliged to not commit any acts or omissions that may damage or disrupt the operation of this website or the access of other users/visitors or commit acts that may endanger the provision of the services offered by coffeedence.gr. Any illegal or contrary to the Terms use give rise to compensation of coffeedence.gr for any damage or loss suffered as a result of such behavior. All users/visitors are also required to not provide false personal information, to not impersonate any other person, to not send unwanted (junk) or group e-mails or multiple copies of messages and gather information about other users/visitors of this website without their consent, including financial data and e-mail addresses.

To the extent that the use of the current website is possible in the wider internet, this should be according the conditions dictated by the “Code of Conduct for Internet Users (Netiquette). Use of practices opposing this code is expressly prohibited.

Any user/visitor of this website ignoring the applicable law and/or these Terms, entitles coffeedence.gr to take any necessary measures and all necessary actions to address such behavior. In such cases, for example, coffeedence.gr, is entitled to restrict access to services provided through the current website, or delete, edit or remove messages, always respecting the principle of proportionality.

Any costs or compensation may cumber coffeedence.gr due to user’s/visitor’s violation of the obligations under the current Terms shall be paid by the specific user/visitor directly in coffeedence.gr immediately and without any court action.
