We cooperate with Speedex Courier for deliveries of our products throughout Greece and UPS Courier for overseas deliveries.

We take all necessary measures to deliver the order on time as part of the master delivery schedule of the carriers. We can not guarantee neither the arrival time nor the exact delivery time of the order as they both depend on the courier company.

If you live in an inaccessible area you might have additional charges in accordance with the policy of each Courier.

Retention of Title

The delivered goods remain the seller’s property until the final, full and complete payment of the price.

If, upon receipt of your order you notice any defective or damaged goods please contact us immediately.

Cancellation – Withdraw – Refunds

You are entitled to cancel your order for few hours via e-mail or by phone on 2114028072 as long as it is not already prepared and packaged for delivery.

You have the right to withdraw from the contract and return the purchased products without the obligation to inform us on the reasons you wish to return the goods within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date you received the products.

Returns are accepted only if the products you wish to return are unused, in perfect condition as when received without opened or damaged packaging. Returned products must be accompanied by the original purchase document (sales receipt or invoice) and all their accompanying documents and a completed “Form of Withdrawal” provided in this online store. If payment was made by credit card the product should also be accompanied by the original receipt issued by the bank.

In the above case you are charged only with the costs of such return.

Products returned are on customer’s own risk.

In case of returned products, refund will be completed within fourteen (14) calendar days. The refund will be made the same way the customer used to pay the order unless otherwise agreed with the customer, without undue or unreasonable delay.

In case the returned products are damaged or incomplete, coffeedence.gr has the right to unilaterally set-off claim against the customer for damages due to value loss of products.

Certain of our products are vulnerable and can be damaged, thus, such sensitive products (e.g. coffee) are specifically exempted from exercising the right of withdrawal.

The criteria for the definition of products excluded from exercising the right of withdrawal are determined by Law such as the fragile nature of products or the ease of alteration or the short expiration date, on the basis of statements and relevant maintenance and storage instructions as they appear on product labels and where the products supplied are not suitable for return once unsealed for health protection and hygienic reasons.
