Kenya Kirimara AA
Kenyan coffee is on just about everyone’s short list of the world’s finest coffees.
Kirimara is a medium sized farm on the windward side of Mount. Kenya. Coffee grown here is cultivated at about 6,000 feet above sea level. What that means to us, is cooler growing temperatures and a longer ripening season. That translates to a very hard, dense bean that will stand up to darker roasting.
It generally also means a brighter, more lively cup. Jasmine notes near a vibrant acidity and deeply complex flavor of red berries. Complex body and velvet mouthfeel with very sweet and delicate finish.
