TANZANIA Kilimanjaro AA Specialty Coffee

Tanzania was formed as independent country in 1964! The 1/3 of the country is national parks and protected areas of wild animals.  Kilimanjaro, Africa’s highest mountain, is in northeastern Tanzania and stands up to 5.893 meters.

Fair Trade is certified in the area, through which:

-a collective educational fund is being raised to help build and operate schools for farmers’ children

-the Kilimanjaro Cooperative Bank (KCB) is formed, through which producers are enabled to get loans

-the majority of coffee crops are being sell directly to roasters

This limited-release washed coffee, entered for the 1st time into the European market, has a honey sweetness blended with passion fruits and notes of blueberries covered by silky, black chocolate flavor.
