MEXICO Pacamara Specialty Coffee

Mexico is a federal republic in North America.

Finca Kassandra is a family owned farm, at an altitude of 1200-1500 meters and its 100% Rainforest Alliance certified. The total farm size of Finca Kassandra is 600 hectares.  320 of those hectares are used for coffee production, and only about 8% is currently dedicated to Pacamara.

The taste of the specific coffee is full of great plum, port, syrup and liquorice intertwined with caramel sugar and spice. All these flavors dance under a body of smooth chocolate and velvet mouthfeel.
